Michael is the keystone to the Mentors.ie operations. He personally vets each new Mentor who joins the network, as well as meeting with most new clients during their FREE Business Review session.
Michael comes from a long background in the world of marketing, having worked for Aer Arann, and Killary Cruises amongst others.
Michael is an MBA graduate of Trinity College in Dublin, where he currently resides and is an active member of the business and industry communities.

Harley is a highly experienced senior executive with specialist skills in Change Management, Strategy, Management Development and Executive Coaching.
Harley has 35 years experience in business, including 15 years working overseas at senior management level in Singapore, Australia, The Netherlands, and the UK. He has held leadership positions in many transformational projects including mergers, company restructuring, IT implementations, formations, and partnering.
Harley has a Masters in Management & Organisational Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in the Psychology of Business & Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit GraduateBusiness School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour from London University, and a Diploma in Business Coaching. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has a Postgraduate Diploma in MIS from the Irish Management Institute.

Pat O’Sullivan is a veteran senior level executive. Prior to his current role, Patrick spent 16 years with CRH Plc and 2 years with Kingspan Plc. He has a proven track record in building great businesses, through people, across the UK, USA and Ireland in distribution, manufacturing and construction.
As President of Oldcastle APG, a CRH Plc company, Patrick built and led a $1.2bn manufacturing business in the US with over 5000 employees, across 120 locations.
During his career, Patrick has concluded over 40 acquisition deals ranging from €0.5 m to €100m and been actively involved in many others. Patrick has a BE from UCC, an MBA from UCD and a C Eng.
