Experience

Peter Nolan has held senior executive positions with European, US, and Asian multi-nationals. Previously, he was President of the Residential and Light Commercial International Division (RLCI) of the Carrier Corporation, a division of United Technologies Corporation. Carrier is the global leader in air conditioning and commercial refrigeration solutions. The company employs over 50,000 people with revenues of $15B. Prior to joining Carrier, Peter served as Senior Vice-President for European Sales & Marketing with Electrolux AB. Electrolux is a global leader in home appliances and floor care products with a revenue of $15B and over 60,000 employees. Peter also worked with Mitsubishi Electric in an executive position for nine years. Today, Peter focuses his attention on clients in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia where he brings his experience in sales and marketing and in strategy to help companies grow internationally.

In his career, Peter has found that the ability of companies to implement their strategy is limited greatly by poor communication and poor motivation of their key people. Getting the organisation aligned around the market needs requires special skills and consistent communication throughout the total company. Developing a clear customer message must be powerfully engaging to the major stakeholders(employees, customers, shareholders, and suppliers).
