Your first official session together is a focused deep dive into your challenges, needs and opportunities.
Together, you’ll complete an accountability charter to define clear, actionable goals and establish a mentoring cadence that works for your schedule (whether weekly, bi-weekly, or otherwise).

Connect Regularly
You will then meet regularly to make consistent progress toward your goals.
During each session, you’ll review progress, tackle challenges and move forward with honest feedback and, clear direction in a confidential space.
