Pinta Crew Ltd is the Data Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit an enquiry through our contact form at mentors.ie/find. The data collected includes:

•       Your full name

•       Your email address

•       Your enquiry message

•       Whether you are enquiring on behalf of a company (yes/no)

We do not collect any special category data (such as health, financial or political data) and we do not request payment information through this website.

1.3  How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data you provide solely for the following purpose:

•       To respond to your enquiry and match you with an appropriate mentor or coach

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling or marketing without your separate consent.

1.4  Lawful Basis for Processing

Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox on our contact form before submitting your enquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the email address above.

1.5  How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data submitted through our contact form for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, unless you enter into an ongoing mentoring relationship with us, in which case we will retain your data for the duration of that relationship and for up to 3 years thereafter for legitimate business purposes.

After this period your data will be securely deleted.

1.6  Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your enquiry data is received by our team via email. We use the following third-party services in the operation of this website, which may process limited technical data:

•       Framer (website platform and analytics) - Framer Inc., privacy policy available at framer.com/privacy

•       Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) - for receiving and managing enquiry emails

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
