With 20+ years’ experience as an accomplished senior recruiter, she personally specialises in the following areas: Financial Services (Insurance, Funds, Treasury, Aviation Leasing, Banking, Payments) and Semi State sectors. With her role as CDO, she develops go-to market strategies across multi sectors supporting the further growth and scale of Brightwater Executive and Brightwater Group. She also supports her clients on talent / skills and succession mapping and advice of EVP positioning. She has sat as an independent interviewer on numerous selection panels for clients. Responsible for managing tender submissions / of RFPs. Active contributor to many industry / associations led/sponsored events. Contributes to round table discussions around future work forces, D&I&E, mobile work forces, culture, succession planning etc.
