John co-arranged the acquisition of Kubicle by Scytale in 2020 and serves as a director of both companies, where he leads capital allocation and M&A strategy. He is Co-Founder, Co-CEO and Co-Chairman of BPVA, one of Ireland's largest human capital and professional services groups, and founding partner of FinRes, a leading Irish-based private investment and advisory firm. John brings extensive experience in corporate finance and advisory, having held senior roles at Key Capital, NCB, Great West Life and Aviva across investment, advisory and insurance. His specialities include complex transactions, capital raising, growth through acquisition and strategic development. John is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and holds a BBS from Trinity College Dublin. He is also a former Chairperson of the Dublin International Piano Competition.
