John J. Lacy, Co-Founder, Co-CEO and Co-Chairman of BPVA, one of Ireland's largest human capital and professional services groups, has been involved in all phases of BPVA's development since its foundation in 2018. Prior to that he was a key member of the Senior Management Team at Centric Health, an investment banker at JPMorgan Cazenove and an M&A and Capital Markets lawyer at Matheson. His specialties include complex deals, working with senior leadership and setting strategic direction. Mr Lacy is also a partner at Irish-based FinRes, the international private investment and advisory firm founded by John M. Hannon in 2011, as well as an investor in several high-potential technology companies. A fourth generation qualified lawyer, Mr Lacy holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (International) from University College Dublin, an M.Phil in International Relations from Cambridge University (St. John's College) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a former President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Ireland.
