Geraldine Dolan

Geraldine is a qualified executive coach, an accomplished senior HR and change leader, and a trusted mentor. For over 20 years Geraldine has worked in leading organisations, most at CEO/C-Suite Level. She has a breadth of experience gained through a career in financial services, telecommunications, start-up & high growth technology, retail, and e-commerce, in both unionised and non-unionised environments. Geraldine has also served a term as non-executive director for a non-profit disability organisation.

Geraldine has recently founded her executive coaching, mentoring, and consulting business trading as www.gdolan.com and is a director with Valinor Consulting. Geraldine draws on her extensive experience of working in leadership roles from Telefonica O2, Slainte Healthcare currently Vitro Software, Cantor Fitzgerald to more recently Brown Thomas Arnotts part of the Selfridges group. Geraldine has a proven track record of delivery in the areas of organisational development, enterprise change, leadership, talent development, HR, and strategy development. Geraldine’s executive coach training, her extensive experience as a HR leader and her significant change and transformation experience gained working as a client with several professional blue chip advisory firms during her career enables Geraldine to use several supports, frameworks and toolkits that can be tailored to the needs of the client.

Geraldine’s approach always incorporates a focus on continuous improvement, striving for excellence and innovation with organisations and clients she is working with along with her own continuous professional development. Geraldine has a Diploma in Executive Coaching & Leadership Training which is accredited by the Association for Coaching of which she is a member. Certification in EQ- i 2.0 Leading valid, reliable measure for Emotional Intelligence. Geraldine has a diploma in Human Resources which was accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development further obtained chartered status with the CIPD and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
