Orla Stafford

Orla is a confident and successful Executive Coach, HR, L&D and Communications professional with 20 years’ experience gained across a range of industries within Ireland, the UK. Orla partners with Senior Executives and the business to understand their needs and to shape, plan and execute key strategic initiatives to deliver value to their organisations.

Orla is an independent executive leadership coach who partners with senior leaders across the Irish and international business market. She has the ability to develop successful trust based relationships with senior stakeholders. She is a strong influencer, mentor and motivator of people.

 

Experience

Orla graduated from UCD with an honours Bachelor of Arts Psychology degree, a honours diploma in Business Studies (DBS) and a first class Masters in Management and Organisation Studies (MBS). Orla received a distinction in Events Management, PR and Social Media from Fitzwilliam Institute.

Orla is also a Certified Business Coach and received her diploma from the Coaching and Mentoring Partnership. Orla is accredited to administer a number of Psychometric tests including EQI.2, HPTI, & MBTI.

Orla commenced mentoring and coaching in 2016. During this time, she has collaborated with a number of key clients across the Financial Services, Retail, Technology and Aviation industries where she has successfully led and delivered a number of key change, systems implementation and talent management projects.

Prior to becoming an Executive Coach Orla worked as a Senior Manager in Accenture UK & Ireland. Orla shaped, led and delivered major transformation programmes across a large number of organisations, with a particular focus and expertise in managing the change management and people aspects of those programmes.
