Fiona Buckley is a corporate trainer, keynote speaker, thought leader and empowerment & executive coach in the areas of Leadership & Management Development, Work Behaviour, Personalities, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skills and Coaching/Mentoring. Before setting up her own business 5 years ago, Fiona worked in industry for 16 years and held a number of senior corporate roles with her last position being Vice President of Professional Services EMEA for a global tech based company. Fiona has worked in small medium and large organisations throughout her career in the areas of HR, Change and Professional Services and has extensive hands on experience of managing and leading teams.
Orla is co-founder and director of OS Consulting and brings with her a wealth of experience in executive coaching, strategic consulting, leadership development and change transformation. She is a hugely welcome addition to the team and we are excited about what her expertise and knowledge can bring to our clients.
Geraldine is a qualified executive coach, an accomplished senior HR and change leader, and a trusted mentor. For over 20 years Geraldine has worked in leading organisations, most at CEO/C-Suite Level. She has a breadth of experience gained through a career in financial services, telecommunications, start-up & high growth technology, retail, and e-commerce, in both unionised and non-unionised environments. Geraldine has also served a term as non-executive director for a non-profit disability organisation.
Gerardine has provided top tier communications consultancy to companies, executives, business owners and senior strategists for over 30 years. She continues to develop communication strategies for a broad range of SME’s and multinationals.
With over 40 years’ experience in leading teams across engineering synergies within the Beverage and Property sector, Tommy is well versed in managing integration programmes of national and international scale.
Barry boasts over 30 years’ experience of progressive marketing, commercial management and general management and has honed a successful career in marketing and media for multinationals, both in Ireland and abroad.
Tony is a long-standing mentor and industry renowned specialist in the realm of accounting, mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in occupying positions of Non-Exec Director and Chairperson and was the previous CFO for Smurfit Kappa Ireland.
A Certified Public Accountant and Non-Executive Director, Geoff advises across a broad range of specialisms including Finance and I.T. Over the course of his 35 year professional tenure, he has successfully lead projects of significant scale for some of Ireland’s leading companies.
A trained Micro-Biologist, Director and Managing Director, Paschal is committed to the development and re-structuring of multi-level operations across a multitude of pharmaceutical, environmental and energy sectors and infrastructures.
Liam has honed an unrivalled career within the oil and energy sector for over 30 years in both Ireland and the Baltics. Projects of note for Liam have centred on brand development, commercial strategy and change management.
Michael has over 30 years of Operational and Strategic Management experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing arena. Projects of note spearheaded by Michael range from small-medium sized start-ups to Fortune 500 companies operating on a global scale.
David is a specialist HR Director with a demonstrated history of occupying senior management positions within global conglomerates such as Diageo and Unilever. David specializes in designing and implementing change strategy which he expertly tailors to the culture and sector of any given organisation. He is well versed in managing and advising at both a strategic and operational level.
Dermot has honed over 25 years of commercial experience within the technology arena specifically. Dermot’s strengths lie in advising on business transformation and efficiency through the medium of technology.
